PBS (Privatbanen Sønderjylland) has gone bankrupcy in March 2001. A new company named TraXion took over some trains and some locomotives.

The PBS (Privatbanen Sønderjylland) is one of the many Danish private railway companies which uses/used former DSB MX and/or MY locomotives because of their very good reliability and low maintenance costs.

The following ex-DSB NoHAB-GM locomotives were operated by PBS:

MX 1030: NoHAB Nr. 2470, ex-DSB MX 1030 (not operable, stored at Třnder)
MY 1110: NoHAB Nr. 2324, ex-DSB MY 1110  (Tønder Bank Leasing, normally used by TraXion)
MY 1120: NoHAB Nr. 2334, ex-DSB MY 1120 "Else" (Tønder Bank Leasing, without engine now)
MY 1122: NoHAB Nr. 2336, ex-DSB MY 1122 "Sarah" (Tønder Bank Leasing, normally used by TraXion)
MY 1124: NoHAB Nr. 2338, ex-DSB MY 1124 "Jyette" (Tønder Bank Leasing, normally used by TraXion)
MY 1132: NoHAB Nr. 2346, ex-DSB MY 1132 "Maria" - sold to the Swedish InlandsGods AB
MY 1134: NoHAB Nr. 2348, ex-DSB MY 1134 "Mette" (Tønder Bank Leasing, normally used by TraXion
MY 1148: NoHAB Nr. 2599, ex-DSB MY 1148 "Lea" (belongs to PBS' ex-chief, but will lost it's engine...)
